We are sorry to hear you have not received your package. It's unfortunate, but sometimes errors do occur with USPS and it may cause delays or other problems during delivery. We request that you check some things on your end first:
-Please verify your current shipping address. There could be a typo or missing APT/BOX number that could result in an incorrect delivery. Look at your original order confirmation email to see what the shipping address is as it was entered during checkout.
-Check with members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside.
-Check with your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to them.
-If you live in an apartment complex, please contact the office to see if the package is there.
If your package is still not found, you can file a loss/theft report with the USPS. If they are unable to find your package, please contact us.
