How soon will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 8AM (PST) will ship same day. However, most orders are shipped on the next business day of receiving them. Our shipping warehouse is located in Kansas, making it an ideal central hub for speedy shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Our preferred shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please ensure that your shipping address is USPS verifiable in order to avoid any delays in shipment or delivery.

Our $5 Flat Rate Shipping shipping method uses USPS First Class Package as the shipping method. On average it will take 3-5 business days for delivery. The tracking number provided for each shipment will contain an estimated delivery date. This is calculated based on customer location and shipping speed. Unfortunately, delivery dates for standard shipping methods are not guaranteed. Delays do occur, especially during the Holidays or adverse weather conditions.

We also offer other shipping speeds, including Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. These average 2-3 days for delivery, but only Priority Mail Express offers a guaranteed delivery date. These options are available for all orders for an extra charge.

We do not offer a flat rate shipping rate for international orders. The shipping options we offer include standard First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International. International Mail does take considerably longer for delivery, sometimes up to 2-3 weeks. There are many reasons for this, including package export, transit time, importation, customs, and fees/duties/taxes (customer's responsibility).
