How soon will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 12PM (PST) will ship same day. However, most orders are shipped on the next business day of receiving them. Our shipping warehouse is located in Kansas, making it an ideal central hub for speedy shipping anywhere in the continental United States. Our preferred shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please ensure that your shipping address is USPS verifiable in order to avoid any delays in shipment or delivery.

Our free shipping method uses USPS Ground Advantage as the shipping method. On average it will take 3-5 business days for delivery. The tracking number provided for each shipment will contain an estimated delivery date. This is calculated based on customer location and shipping speed. Unfortunately, delivery dates for standard shipping methods are not guaranteed. Delays do occur, especially during the Holidays or adverse weather conditions.

We also offer other shipping speeds, including Priority Mail and FedEx 2-Day. These average 2-3 days for delivery. These options are available for all domestic orders for an extra charge.

We do not offer a flat rate shipping rate for international orders. The shipping options we offer include FedEx International and DHL Worldwide Express. International Mail does take considerably longer for delivery, sometimes up to 2-3 weeks. There are many reasons for this, including package export, transit time, importation, customs, and fees/duties/taxes (customer's responsibility).
