Why didn't I receive a shipping confirmation email?

GunSkins order confirmation emails are sent immediately after receiving the order on our website. Our shipping confirmation emails, which contain the tracking number for the package, are sent as soon as the package is shipped (usually within 1 business day). All of our emails are sent to the email address that was entered during checkout.

If you did not receive any of our emails, please check your spam/junk/bulk mail folder. Free email hosting websites, such as Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo have strict filters in place that may not allow our messages to get to your inbox without first having our email address (support@gunskins.com) placed on a safe sender list.

If you still can't find it, please send us an email and we will verify the recipients email address with the one that we have on file. More often than not, the problem was caused by a typo entered during checkout and our system was sending the emails to an incorrect or unknown email address. Once we have confirmed the correct email address, we will resend the order and shipping confirmation emails right away.
